[It takes awhile before he decides how to approach this message, and even longer to work up the courage to actually send it. If this guy is anything like Will and Maketh think he is, then he's likely incredibly dangerous and Lance is not super interested in catching his attention. But he also can't just do nothing.

So the first thing to do is try to figure out how accurate the stories he's been told are, and he's doing one side of that by messaging other members of the Guard. But on this side, he needs to talk directly to Sato.
